General Information
RESERVATIONS: We welcome your inquiry. Please give us a call for availability and current rates: 541-896-3613 [9:00 AM – 8:00 PM Pacific Coast Time]. You may e-mail us for this information, however we need to know how many people (and pets) are in your party AND how many nights you wish to stay. It is helpful if we know what dates you are considering. During the off-season we have a discount on longer stays.
MINIMUM STAY: We have a minimum stay of 3 nights for reservations from May 1st through October 31st. One night stays have an additional fee and are upon management discretion throughout the year.
PAYMENT: To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit. Balance due upon check-in. We prefer personal checks but do offer credit card transactions. A service charge of $25.00 will be applied to any returned check.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to your date of stay will result in a Fifteen Dollar ($15.00) per person handling charge. Cancellations made after 30 days prior to your date of stay will result in the forfeiture of all Reservation Fees.
CHECK-OUT TIME: is by 11:00 AM because we book our reservations back to back during our busy season often another party is checking into your cabin the day you depart. We can be flexible during the off-season when discussed in advance.
CHECK-IN TIME: is 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Please notify us if you will not be arriving by 8:00 PM. Please keep in mind that although we are available in an emergency, our office is not open around the clock.
OCCUPANCY: Each unit has a maximum occupancy based on size and sleeping accommodations. The basic rate includes basic occupancy. There is an additional charge per night, per extra person, regardless of age. Exceeding our maximum occupancy gives us the right to cancel your reservation.
NON-SMOKING: All units are non-smoking. Ash trays are located on the back deck. Please be sensitive to open windows and general fire safety.
VISITORS: When notified in advance, we allow a reasonable number of visiting day guests and pets. If you anticipate day guests please notify us in advance, and provide us with their names. There is an additional charge per guest or pet. We are on a septic system. In our continued effort to maintain an ecologically sound environment we reserve the option of limiting the number of visitors and the length of their stay. We are concerned that you be comfortable and not crowded.
PETS: are permitted by advance reservation, providing they meet our criteria: Well-behaved, housebroken pets only (no puppies).
Pets are not allowed on the beds and furniture.
Clean up (inside and out) after your pets.
Make sure they aren’t disturbing the other guests.
Do not leave them unattended.
Daily charge of $15 per pet with maximum of two pets per cabin.
We reserve the right to limit the number of pets in any unit at any time.
PHONES: Each cabin has a phone. To make a call dial “9” to obtain an outside line. Local calls go through with no charge but you will need to have a calling card to make long distant calls. Cell phone coverage at the resort is sporadic with most carriers.
KITCHENS: contain: stove, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, plates, silverware and wine glasses to accommodate cabin occupancy. You’ll find all the basic tools you’ll need to meet your cooking needs.
FIRE PLACES: Are for atmosphere not necessarily for heating your cabin. Please light your fire when you plan to stay in your cabin to enjoy and tend to it but not on the day that you are checking out.
HOUSEKEEPING: We do not provide daily housekeeping. However, if you would like this service we can provide daily housekeeping with an additional cost. We are fortunate in that our guests take good care of our cabins. The condition in which you leave the unit is taken into consideration if or when you request future reservations. We appreciate your leaving the unit, as much as possible, in the condition you found it.
